Many African heads of state and government attended Nguema’s swearing-in at the Sino-Gabonese Friendship Stadium in the country’s capital, Libreville.
Eight of the injured were transported to Sheikh Zayed Specialized Hospital, while five were taken to the 6th of October City Central Hospital, where all affected individuals are receiving necessary medical care.
