This report shows the efforts of the hotline services of the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Substance Abuse “16023.”
The addiction treatment outpatient clinics received 19,117 visitors during May 2026, bringing the total number of beneficiaries of addiction treatment services to 20,177.

The first phase includes six major hospitals strategically distributed across Greater Cairo, the Delta, Lower Egypt, and Upper Egypt. The fund also is organizing workshops for children from those areas and Haya Karima villages to train them on how to think with positively, face problems and and make sound decisions.
