In an urgent humanitarian response to the worsening famine in the besieged Gaza Strip, the Egyptian Committee in Gaza distributed thousands of packages of baby formula on Monday.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that 61 martyrs and 308 wounded arrived at hospitals in the Strip over the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll from the Israeli aggression to 62,622 and 157,673 wounded since October 7, 2023.

As the humanitarian crisis deepens in Gaza, the health ministry in the enclave reported two more deaths due to widespread starvation and malnutrition, raising the total to 273, including 112 children.
As for the starving people whom were killed at the aid distribution centers in the strip, their number went up to 1,881 martyrs since May 27, 2025, after the hospitals received 22 killed people over the past 24 hours.
With Israel placing heavy restriction on aid entry, the UN World Food Programme (WFP) has warned that a quarter of the population in Gaza is facing famine-like conditions.
In a separate statement, Gaza Ministry of Health announced, on Thursday, the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 59,676 and the number of wounded has reached 143,965 since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
113 people have died of starvation and malnutrition in Gaza due to the Israeli besiege, including 81 children.
They emphasized that aid workers themselves are now joining food lines, risking their lives to feed their families.
