Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah el Sisi directed, Thursday to name a new axis located east Cairo after former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe.
"As I am no longer in a condition to respond confidently to the mandate of the people, I have decided I should not stay in the prime minister's post," he said.
Based upon those discussions and relations, PM Abe visited three gulf countries to share the understandings and work together.
The trip will take him to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Oman, countries which Japan sees as important players in stabilizing the situation in the Middle East, according to Japanese officials.
Abe said that the participating countries have endorsed the Yokohama Declaration 2019.
