Cairo University President congratulates Justice El-Ghaiesh on top court post; sides sign cooperation protocol.
Counselor Assem Ghaiesh was sworn in as the new head of the Court of Cassation, while Counselor Osama Shalaby took the oath as the head of the Egyptian State Council, according to a statement from the Presidency.
Counselor Assem Ghaiesh has been appointed as the head of the Court of Cassation, Egypt’s highest court and the pinnacle of the judicial hierarchy.
