Egyptian Ministry of Interior has decided to grant all inmates of correctional and rehabilitation centers one exceptional visit on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr (The Feast of Breaking the Fast).
Providing all forms of support and care to inmates of correctional and rehabilitation centers.
Committees formed by the Community Protection Sector reviewed inmates’ files nationwide to determine those eligible for the pardon. The review resulted in the inclusion of 2,520 inmates who met the established criteria.
