More than 35.5K animals slaughtered for free during Eid al-Adha

Dr. Hamed Al-Aqnas, Head of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, said government slaughterhouses received 5,942 sacrificial animals on the fourth day of Eid, bringing the total number slaughtered during the holiday to 35,514.

Hamed Moussa Al-Aqnas, Chairman of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, stated that the animals slaughtered on the third day of Eid included 5,091 head of cattle, 1,276 sheep, 1,217 buffalo, 62 goats, and 35 camels.
