The balloon will take you by the sunrise to a panoramic view over the majestic temples of ancestors located on both sides of the Nile River.

 

Luxor ranks the third in the world regarding hot-air balloon trips, where large numbers of tourists board the balloons on daily trips. The city gained wide fame until an international balloon festival was held in it, and since then it became famous for this type of tourism.

 

The first balloon trip took off in Luxor in 1988, and was led by British pilots who were working for the British Virgin Company, which established the first balloon company in Egypt.

 

According to the Federation of Balloon Companies in Luxor, Egypt is considered one of the leading countries in the field of flying balloons, as it occupies the second place in the world after the United States of America, due to its stable weather and impressive landscapes such as Pharaonic temples and the immortal Nile River that embraces mountains, crops and monuments Ancient Egyptian.
