Metro Line 4
Tarek El-Gowaily, Chairman of the National Authority for Tunnels, confirmed the completion of work on the first tunnel boring machine for the Metro Line 4 project. He indicated that the project is proceeding according to schedule, with the first phase set to open in mid-2028.
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi inspected construction at Al-Ahramat station Tuesday, marking progress on the first phase of Metro Line 4.
El-Wazir praised the fruitful collaboration in strategic projects, particularly in transport, while expressing interest in expanding cooperation in manufacturing and industrial development.
