Damietta Furniture City
President Sisi’s orders aim to meet Egypt’s local need and open the horizons for exporting furniture to the African and Arab geographical surroundings.
Efforts are currently under way to finish the entire facilities in the new city including water, electricity and roads, the minister added.
The zone will be dedicated to setting up an integrated city for furniture manufacturing that will include all related feeding industries.
Ninety percent of the Damietta Furniture City project is completed.
