“Egypt condemns the brutal terrorist attack that targeted a mosque in southwestern Niger, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens of victims,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Sunday.
Egypt condemned Tuesday the terrorist attack carried out by the Islamic State (IS) against a military post in Iraq's Salaheldin governorate and that killed an officer and four soldiers.
The ministry stressed in the statement the country's fixed stance and rejection to all forms of violence, asserting its full solidarity with Pakistan in the face of extremism and terrorism.
