The decree was published in the official gazette “Al Waqa’ Al Massriya”.
He who releases dangerous materials or waste the territorial water or in Egypt’s exclusive economic zone shall be punished with life imprisonment and a fine of not less than LE 5 million and not more than LE25 million.
The Parliament approved in its general session on Wednesday a draft law to amend some provisions of the law no. 91 of 1975 with regard to the Police Academy.
