The national carrier said the affected routes include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Beirut, Doha, Amman, Dammam, Bahrain, Baghdad, Erbil and Kuwait.
The countries’ positions were communicated in separate phone conversations by Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi and Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
