The Egyptian Red Crescent launched its 184th "Zad Al-Izza..From Egypt to Gaza" convoy Tuesday, carrying a number of trucks towards the Gaza Strip, as part of its role to coordinating aid to the Strip.
A convoy of 170 humanitarian aid trucks began entering the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing, heading towards the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, in preparation for their entry into the Strip.
The Egyptian Red Crescent launched its 147th Zad el-Izza convoy Thursday, including a number of trucks carrying urgent humanitarian aid from Egypt to the Gaza Strip.
The convoy included more than 212,000 food baskets, approximately 865 tons of flour, over 1,575 tons of medical supplies and relief items, more than 290 tons of infant formula, and over 1,350 tons of petroleum products, all aimed at meeting the urgent and essential needs of the population in the Gaza Strip.
