The National Elections Authority (NEA) announced on Wednesday the conclusion of the first day of voting in the 30 constituencies where court rulings had annulled the results of the initial phase of the House of Representatives elections.

Executive Director of the National Election Authority (NEA) Ahmed Bendary affirmed the completion of all preparations and readiness for conducting the runoff round of the first phase of the House of Representatives elections, which includes 31 constituencies across 10 governorates, as well as holding the first round for the cancelled constituencies within the same phase, which includes 19 constituencies distributed across seven governorates.
The National Elections Authority, held a press conference, Monday morning to announce the latest developments regarding Egyptians’ voting inside the country in the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections.
The electoral silence period for the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections will begin, Thursday, November 20, at 12 noon.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on Thursday that all necessary facilities have been provided at the polling stations to ensure a smooth voting process, maximize participation among Egyptians living abroad, and allow citizens to exercise their right to vote.
