The strike is said to have hit locations linked to the Houthi-controlled Ministry of Defense.
The Houthis, who have launched dozens of missile and drone attacks on Israel since the outbreak of the Israeli war in Gaza in 2023, have not claimed responsibility as of the time of writing.
Initial reports from the Houthis indicated that at least seven people were injured in the latest Sanaa attacks.
Al-Asbahi said most of casualties in the strikes, which he said targeted residential and civilian areas in Sanaa, Saada, Al Baydha, and Radaa, were women and children.
