Iran and the United States offered conflicting accounts on Tuesday over whether Tehran had agreed to allow international inspectors access to its nuclear facilities under a recently reached agreement.
Iran did not confirm the day of the signing and Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei was quoted by state media as saying it will be “in the coming days” but “not tomorrow.”
