Abdel-Atti emphasized Egypt's top priority of achieving de-escalation and preventing further escalation in the region.
Abdel-Atti held a phone call on Monday with Abdulsalam Abdi Ali, the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
This statement was made during a joint press conference on Wednesday
Abdel Aati said that a galaxy of ministers and representatives of international and UN institutions will participate in this high-level general session.
Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and Hungarian President János Áder will also address the fourth CWW that will last till October 28.
He explained that Egypt had established close ties with African states in the various fields to meet the needs of their peoples.
