CAIRO - 31 December 2017: Al Ahly attacking star, Emad Moteab, officially joined the Saudi team, Al Taawon, on Sunday in a loan transfer.

The Al Ahly football committee accepted the loan transfer offer delivered for Emad Moteab from Saudi Arabia’s Al Taawon for six months. Al Taawon includes two Egyptians, the national team goalkeeper, Esam El Hadary, and former Zamalek attacking midfielder, Mostafa Fathy.

Emad Moteab is one of the players that Hossam Al Badry, the team’s Head Coach, is excluding from the team’s squad list in the latest matches. Badry did not even put Moteab on during the friendly match against Atletico Madrid, which would have honored the Al Ahly star before his departure.
