As the temperature drops and winter days get colder, comfort food is what we crave to feel warm and cozy. Honestly, it feels good to be curled up with a hot bowl of soup under a warm blanket. The needs of our body change during winter and accordingly the choices of our food change as well. However, we need to be careful with our food choices and avoid unhealthy carbs and sweets.
