Ramadan starts Saturday in Saudi Arabia

CAIRO- 25 MAY, 2017: Saudi authorities announced that Saturday will witness the start of the holy month Ramadan.

Saudi Supreme Court said that Ramdan will begin and end on a Saturday this year, adding that citizens will fast for 29 days.

Ramadan is the ninth month if the Islamic Calendar when the Muslims worldwide fast from dawn to sunset.
