RAFAH – 13 May 2026: The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) said on Wednesday it launched its 195th humanitarian aid convoy toward Gaza, carrying around 3,478 tons of assistance.
The trucks of the 195th “Zad Al-Izzah: From Egypt to Gaza” convoy are delivering food baskets, flour, medical supplies, relief materials and fuel needed to operate hospitals and vital facilities in the enclave.
The aid also included clothing, mattresses and tents to support displaced and affected residents.
The ERC said it has delivered more than 970,000 tons of humanitarian and relief aid to Gaza through ongoing efforts supported by over 65,000 volunteers.
