Iran’s IRGC says targeted US aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln with ballistic missiles

TEHRAN – 1 March 2026: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said they have targeted the US aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln with four ballistic missiles, according to a statement carried by Iran’s Tasnim news agency.

The IRGC said the strike came as part of ongoing operations in response to the US-Israeli strikes, adding that the Iranian armed forces’ campaign had “entered a new phase.”

The statement warned that Iran’s land and sea will “become, more than ever, a graveyard for aggressors and terrorists.”
