CAIRO – 20 July 2017: The Arab Parliament Speaker Meshal al Salmi stressed the support of the parliament for Kuwait and the measures it has taken to preserve its stability and the sovereignty of its territories.

Kuwait made a decision on Thursday to decrease the number of the employees working in the Iranian Embassy.

In a statement issued on Thursday, al Salmi stressed that Iran supports Al Abdaly terror cell which is involved in committing acts that harm the security and stability of Kuwait.

This proves that Iran backs terrorist organizations aiming at destabilizing Kuwait and Arab countries, the statement read.

The speaker urged the international community and the United Nations to condemn the interference of the Iranian regime in the internal affairs of the Arab countries.
