The Egyptian Medical Liability bill is one of the important draft laws expected to be discussed and approved in the fourth session of the parliament, which is scheduled to be held on the first of next October, with the aim of regulating the relationship between the doctor and the patient, as well as the medical authority.
Three draft laws, submitted by MPs Magdy Morshed, Elizabeth Shaker and Ayman Abul Ela, were referred to the Parliament's Health Affairs Committee.
