The discussion will focus on a comprehensive legislative update to Law No. 102 of 1983, prompted by a legislative impact study submitted by Representative Noha Ahmed Zaki, a member of the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians and Deputy Chair of the Senate’s Energy and Environment Committee.
Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad pointed out that 13 of these have been developed for ecotourism, offering activities such as diving and mountaineering.
The Green Road Initiative is part of the presidential initiative "100 Million Trees,” launched in cooperation between the Ministry of Environment, the Youth Foundation for Development and Creativity, the Arab Network for Development (Raed), and the Mediterranean Cooperation Center of the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
