Speaking at a press conference at the end of a visit to Beheira governorate, where he toured the Idku liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant, Madbouly said Egypt's advanced gas infrastructure had prompted neighboring countries to view it as a regional center for gas exports and trade.
During a meeting held with the 6th program's working team, the minister said serious steps have been taken on the ground as part of the ongoing plan of action.
