The exports of the sector increased in February by 6.3 percent to record 348 million dollars in comparison to 327 million dollars in February 2022, according to the monthly report of the EECE on Thursday.
EECE clarified in a press release that this protocol aims to facilitate the access of the Egyptian engineering companies into the Saudi and the Gulf markets.
The exports of engineering industries went up by 7.7 percent in the first four months of this year, amounting to $797 million.
Egypt’s exports of engineering industries are expected to surge to $3.2 by the end of this year, up from $2.6 billion in 2017
Exports of engineering and electronic commodities increased by 10 percent from January to November 2017.
