Foreign, local development ministries sign protocol for Lifeboats Initiative

The cabinet approved a cooperation protocol on Wednesday between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Local Development to launch activities for the presidential "Lifeboats" anti-illegal migration initiative.
