Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, was reported dead on Tuesday. The announcement was made by the Libyan news agency, which cited Abdullah Othman, Gaddafi's representative at the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum.
