According to the Luxor governor Abdel-Motaleb Mamdouh Emara, “Decent Life” projects have significantly transformed villages in Esna and Armant, benefiting around 687,000 residents. A total of 670 projects have been implemented, with construction completed on all of them and overall completion reaching 94.5 percent, most of which focus on infrastructure, utilities, and roads.
