During a press conference held via video link with the heads of overseas subcommittees—including ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions—Judge Ahmed Bendary, Head of the Central Operations Room of the National Elections Authority (NEA), announced that voting had opened in 105 polling stations abroad, with the remaining stations scheduled to open successively throughout the day.
