US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that an additional “armada” of American naval vessels is heading toward Iran “right now,” as tensions remain high between the two countries.
The attacks were part of an operation launched in December following an assault on a joint US-Syrian government patrol in central Syria that killed two US soldiers and a civilian interpreter.
The Houthis announced on Saturday an attack on the residential Jaffa neighborhood of Tel Aviv with a hypersonic ballistic missile, injuring at least 16 people.
