Cairo Summit
The French Presidency stated that the call discussed the situation in Gaza, according to Reuters.
The summit, which Cairo hosts on Thursday with the participation of leaders of Egypt, Libya, Chad, Central Africa, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Eritrea, seeks a settlement to the ongoing Sudanese crisis.
In a special interview with MENA, Abu Yousef said that the summit asserted Egypt's political importance regionally and internationally.
