Abdelatty met on Saturday with Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres on the sidelines of the high-level segment of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
“Only a two-state solution can deliver sustainable peace,” Guterres said. “The world, the region – and, most of all, the people of Palestine and Israel – cannot afford to watch the two-State solution disappear before our eyes,” he said.
