Palestinian Presidency
The Palestinian Presidency commended the role and efforts of mediating countries—Egypt, Qatar and Turkey—in moving to the second phase of the agreement in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian presidency condemned, on Wednesday, the use of the veto by the United States of America in the UN Security Council to prevent the adoption of a resolution calling for a ceasefire and an end to the Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian presidency praised the efforts of the US administration, the European Union and the UN, along with Jordan and Qatar to achieve this step.
