Ayman Ashraf is ready for the clash against Simba

CAIRO-20 February 2021: Al Ahly’s defender Ayman Ashraf is fit and ready to participate in Al Ahly’s upcoming match against Simba of Tanzania, according to Al Ahly’s official website.

“Ashraf will join full training on Saturday after taking part in part of the team’s training on Friday.” Al Ahly official website stated on Saturday.

The player missed Al Ahly’s 3-0 victory over Sudan’s Al Merrikh on Tuesday in the opening game of the CAF Champions League group stage.

Al Ahly first-team delegation left Cairo on Friday for Tanzania as the Red Devils are set to face local giants, Simba, in the second round of the CAF Champions League group stage.

 

Al Ahly’s head coach Pitso Mosimane included 22 players in his squad that travelled to Tanzania.

The game is scheduled on Tuesday at 9:00 pm (Cairo Time).
