CAIRO-30 January 2021: Al Ahly players and coaching staff tested negative for COVID-19 and they are ready to continue their preparations for the FIFA Club World Cup. 
 
Al Ahly’s Executive Manager and the club’s Security Coordinator in FIFA Mohamed Morgan was the only member in the delegation to test positive for COVID-19.
 
“The results of the COVID-19 tests, which our delegation underwent upon arrival in Doha, came out negative for all the players, coaching staff and the club officials, except for Mohamed Morgan, Al Ahly’s Executive Manager and the club’s Security Coordinator in FIFA.” Al Ahly official website stated on Saturday.
 
Al Ahly arrived in Doha on Friday night to participate in the FIFA Club World Cup for the sixth time in the club’s history. 
 
Al Ahly players aim for a repeat to their achievement in 2006 when they secured the bronze medal. 
 
Al Ahly will start their mission in the World Cup on Thursday, 4 February, against the host nation’s champions, Al Duhail SC.
