CAIRO-11 September 2020: Zamalek's faint title hopes suffer another blow as the White Knights failed to keep their lead against Smouha as they drew 3_3 on Thursday night.
 
Zamalek were Leading the game 3_1 till the last five minutes but they conceded two late goals to lose another two points and move Al Ahly a step closer from the title. 
 
Al Ahly's crowning title moment edging closer as the Red Devils need only six points to secure their beloved trophy. 
 
Al Ahly are leading the Egyptian league table with 68 points from 25 games while Zamalek come second with 52 points from 26 games. 
 
Al Ahly is set to face Ismaily on Friday night at Borg Al Arab stadium in Alexandria and they will face Alexandria giants, Al Ittihad, on Monday 14 September, which could be the title-winning game for the Red Devils. 
 
Al Ahly have a record of 41 domestic league titles and it is just a matter of time to add another league title to the club's trophy cabinet.
