CAIRO_13 June 2020: Juventus captain, Leonardo Bonucci praised his teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo, after the Portuguese failed to shine against AC Milan and he missed a penalty at the beginning of the game.

"Even the greatest miss penalties, He was unfortunate today and (AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi) Donnarumma did well. Cristiano is always important for us and he increases the pressure on opponents' defenders. Bonucci said.

Juventus and Milan returned to action on Friday night after a long break amid coronavirus pandemic.

The two teams met at Juventus Arena at the second leg of Italian Cup semi-final which was initially scheduled on 4 March.

The game ended with a goalless draw, which sent the home team to the Cup final, thanks to a 1_1 draw in Milano last February.

Juventus are waiting the winner between Napoli and Inter Milan who will meet on Saturday night in Napoli.

The home team has an advantage to reach the Cup final as the first leg in Milano ended with a 1_0 victory for the South Italian team.
