CAIRO_14 May 2020: Al Ahly winger, Ramadan Sobhy, revealed on Wednesday night that he does not have any negotiations with Turkish club, Besiktas, to join the club next season.

The player joined Al Ahly in January 2019 as a loan from English club, Huddersfield Town, for six months and the loan was extended for the current season.

"I do not have any negotiations with any club at the time as everything was halted due to coronavirus," Sobhy told ONTime Sports on Wednesday.

Sobhy, one of the promising talents in the continent, has been linked with a move to several clubs in Europe after his amazing performance with Al Ahly this season.

Sobhy also was the best player in 2019 U-23 AFCON, during which he played a massive role in the national team's run to win the title and secure a spot at Tokyo Olympic Games.

Sobhy commented on Al Ahly's season, saying, "The new manager, Weiler, changed everything and the team's attitude is great."

Al Ahly leads the league table with 19 points ahead of the second placed, Zamalek, and they reached CAF Champions League semi-finals.
