CAIRO-14 March 2020: Ismaily will not play the second leg of the Arab Club Championship semifinal against Moroccan giants, Raja Casablanca, due to coronavirus outbreak.

The Egyptian team traveled to Morocco with the aim of securing a spot at the final after winning the first leg in Egypt 1_0.

"As we were informed, the game was postponed indefinitely." Ismaily board member, Ibrahim Faris, said.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation suspended all football-related activities in the country due to coronavirus pandemic.

Egyptian clubs' fate this season is associated with the Moroccan sides as Al Ahly and Zamalek will face Wydad Casablanca and Raja Casablanca respectively at the CAF Champions League semi-finals.

The two games are scheduled next may as the first leg games are scheduled in Casablanca on 1_2 May while the second leg games are scheduled a week later in Cairo.
