Liverpool raised their score to 13 points to top the group and continue successfully defending their title.

As for Napoli, they raised their score to 12 points, ending in the second place after Liverpool by beating Genk 4-0.

Salzburg came third with seven points to convert to the European League.

In the fourth and last place, the Belgian Genk came with only one point.

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp praised what his striker Mohamed Salah presented to Salzburg in the Champions League, after he led the team to a 2-0 victory on Tuesday.

Klopp told reporters after the meeting: "Salah scored his goal among the most difficult opportunities available to him."
