CAIRO - 18 August 2019: Pyramids FC knocked Al Ahly out of Egyptian Cup after defeating the Red Devils 1- 0.

Al Ahly met Pyramids FC on Saturday at Borg El Arab stadium in the Egyptian Cup 16th round.

Eric Traore was the protagonist in this clash when he scored the only goal in the 55th minute. This victory is considered the third consecutive victory for Pyramids FC over Al Ahly.

The first game ended with a 2-1 victory for Pyramids thanks to two goals from Al-Ahly former players, Mohamed Farouk and Abdallah Elsaid while Walid Azarro scored Al-Aly’s only goal at the game.

Pyramids repeated their victory at the second round with a 1-0 win thanks to a goal from their Brazilian magician, Keno, who left the club this summer.

Pyramids FC is set to face Haras El Hedoud in the Egyptian Cup quarter-finals.
