CAIRO _ 3 August 2019: Bosnian manager, Vahid Halilhodžić, revealed on Saturday that he will not be Zamaelk’s new manager after many reports linked him with the White Castle.

“It is not possible at this time, I have many offers from other teams and I am discussing it.” Halilhodžić told Filgoal.

Halilhodžić has been linked with coaching Morocco and Egypt after both teams sacked their managers following an early exit from 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

The Bosnian has a great experience in Africa and he led Algeria to 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil where they were knocked out from the round of 16 to Germany who won the title.

Zamalek are searching for a new manager to lead the team at the new season after the board sacked Khaled Galal following the Egyptian league title loss to Al-Ahly.

Galal, who succeeded Swiss manager, Cristian Gross, led the team during the last stage of the season in which the team lost the title to their arch rivals, Al-Ahly.
