Al Ahly faces Al Negoum in the Egyptian League

CAIRO, 4 May 2019: Sayed Abdelhafiz, Al Ahly's football director, assured his team readiness to face Al Negoum scheduled to be at 07:00 p.m. on Sunday night in the Egyptian League at PetroSport stadium.

"We are going to play in search of a victory and win the three points in order to continue our journey towards maintaining the local title," he told the club's official website.

Abdul Hafeez pointed out that the coaching staff always confirms to the players in all his technical lectures on the need to retain the character of Ahly whatever the
circumstances of the game and whatever events have witnessed, especially that this will lead us to fight until the last second to achieve victories that remain the desired goal for us.

Al Ahly are entering a closed camp after Saturday evening training when the coach, Martin Lasarte, will announce the team squad.


Al Ahly recently defeated Al Gaish 2-1 in the 31st round of the Egyptian League at Al Max stadium.
