Al Ahly's handball women team's player passes away

CAIRO - 3 May 2019: Al Ahly's Handball Women team's player, Noura Ahmed Kamal, passed away on Thursday at the age of 23.

Al Ahly issued a statement in which they consent the young player:

"Mahmoud Al Khatib, president of the Board of Directors, members of the Board, Executive Director and Sports Club sectors, are deeply saddened by the late Noura Ahmed Kamal Hafez, the first women's handball team, who passed away on Thursday.



Noura is the daughter of Ahmed Kamal Hafez who was a member in the Egyptian Handball Association board of directors. He also has passed away in 2016.



Zamalek also mourned Al Ahly women handball team's player. The White club official Facebook page posted: "Zamalek club is deeply saddened by Noura Ahmed Kamal, a handball player at Al Ahly Club, who passed away, hoping that the Lord will fill her with mercy."
