CAIRO – 11 May 2017: With last night’s furious Atlético Madrid vs. Real Madrid clash, UEFA Champions’ League semi-finals have come to an awesome end.

Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, Juventus and Monaco, are the four European giants, who were thrown into the semi-finals pairings after Europe’s Dortmund, Barcelona, Bayern, and Leicester got crashed out in the quarter-finals.

Atlético Madrid vs. Real Madrid

La Liga’s runner-up Real Madrid eliminated its compatriot 4-1 on aggregate; thanks to the first leg in which Atlético delivered a dead poor performance.
Real Madrid finished the first home leg 3-0 after Portuguese legend Christiano Ronaldo bagged a remarkable hat-trick.

Atlético played their hardest in the return leg and posed a serious threat to their rivals, leaving their fans clinging to slender hopes that they could overturn the three-goal deficit; however the damage was already done.

Juventus vs. Monaco

The Calcio’s leaders Juventus easily made French Monaco sweat over the two legs.

The Italian giant Juventus managed to secure a comfortable aggregate victory 4-1 over France’s champions Monaco in the UEFA Champions league semi-finals return leg, which took place at Juventus's Stadium and ended 2-1 in favor of the Italian giant.

The French Monaco entered Tuesday's match with a two-goal first leg deficit, making their journey much more perilous.
