21 players on Barcelona’s flight to Rome

CAIRO – 9 April 2018: Ernesto Valverde, Barcelona’s head coach has unveiled a list of 21 players to travel to the Italian capital of Rome for the Champions League’s quarter final second leg match against AS Roma at the Olympic Stadium scheduled for Tuesday 8:45 p.m. (Cairo local time).

Barca enters the game with its full squad, except for Lucas Digne for injury, and Philippe Coutinho for not being listed on Barcelona’s European list owing to his previous participation with his former club Liverpool at the group stage of the same tournament.

The first leg match held at Barcelona’s home stadium Camp Nou last Wednesday ended with Barca’s crashing victory with 4-1.

The list of Barcelona who travelled to Rome is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Marc Andre Ter Stegen, Jasper Cillessen, Adrián Ortolá

Defenders: Sergi Roberto, Gerard Pique, Nelson Semedo, Samuel Umtiti, Thomas Vermaelen, Jordi Alba, Yerry Mina

Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic, Denis Suarez, Andres Iniesta, Paulinho, Aleix Vidal, Andre Gomes

Forwards: Ousmane Dembele, Lionel Messi, Paco Alcacer, Luis Suarez
