CAIRO – 27 December 2017: European big clubs are waiting for the January transfer market to support their squads with big players. However, there are many teams who fear losing their biggest stars for free as they are running in the last year of their contracts.

In England, Arsenal fans are about to lose their biggest two stars, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, who refused to renew their contracts with the club. Both players have many offers from clubs inside and outside England.

Also in Manchester, Manchester United fans hope to see Ander Herrera signing a new contract with the club, as he is one of the main players in the squad.
Manchester City fans also wish the same for their Brazilian midfielder, Fernando Luiz, known as Fernandinho. However, Fernandinho’s case seems a little bit different, as the player will think many times before leaving his team, after they became a European force leading the Premier League with 12 points; and one of the main contenders for the Champions League title.

In Germany, Schalke fans are afraid of losing their biggest star, Leon Goretzka, to their local rivals, Bayern Munich. They would prefer to see him playing in another country if he does not renew his contract with the club.

In this transfer market, all teams will do their best to strengthen their squad and they will do their best to sign these players.
